Anthony Stith was born in Montclair, New Jersey and
currently resides in Quartz Hill, CA. He is graduate of Rutger's University with a degree
in Accounting. His professional career began as an Accountant for KPMG, one of the Big-Six
Accounting firms. He also worked in managerial positions for Fortune 100 companies and
other nationally recognized firms. Mr. Stith was employed as an Audit Manager for
Prudential Insurance, Controller for American Building Maintenance Industries (ABMI), a
Corporate Controller for Orange Julius of America and a Director in the Finance Department
for Cigna Healthplans.
Mr. Stith is the author of two books Breaking The Glass Ceiling,
Sexism and Racism in Corporate America: The Myths, The Realities and The Solutions,
(Warwick) and How to Build a Career in the New Economy: A
Guide For Women & Minorities (Warwick). His third
book, Living Without Limits is currently being considered for publication. He is presently
working on his fourth book Shattered Dreams (fiction).
Anthony's articles have been published in national and local magazines

He also writes monthly columns for The Knowledge Broker and Savoir Faire Magazine.

Mr. Stith is the father of two small children who have had a profound
impact on his life. He is a member of International Black Writers and Artist, National
Writers Association and Toastmaster International. Anthony has appeared as a guest speaker
on radio, colleges and universities and cable TV. Mr. Stith has also been hired as an
