If called upon, Anthony Stith can testify in detail how these eleven practices and others
occur and how devastating they are to minorities and womens careers and personal
lives. His testimony will show how common and widespread discriminatory practices are in
American companies.
Testimony will also identify specific tactics used by business to
discriminate against minorities and women. This includes systematically setting up
minorities and women for failure, forcing minorities to discriminate against other
minorities and how hostile and counterproductive work environments are intentionally
created. Testimony will also define access and treatment discrimination and explain how
businesses effectively conceal discriminatory practices and circumvent laws. Other areas
of testimony include the ineffectiveness of (EEOC) and (DFHE) due to budget and staffing
cutbacks and how derogatory myths are intentionally perpetrated to sabotage
minorities and women's careers. Anthony Stith's testimony will include methods to
identify businesses that intentionally discriminate, as well as those who do not.
Anthony Stith's opinions are based on his extensive work and
research in areas of discrimination by government and the private sector, research and

Anthony Stith has a B.S. degree from Rutgers University in
Accounting. He has held managerial positions for Fortune One Hundred and national
recognized companies. His experience includes supervising, training and counseling
multicultural staff in large departments. Anthony Stith has been a guest speaker on cable
and radio talk shows, churches, colleges and universities to discuss discrimination
issues. Mr. Stith also represented himself In Pro Per until he subsequently
