Anthony Stith has experience as an expert witness. Other materials include but are not limited to studies such as Effects of Race on Organizational Experiences, Job Performance Evaluations and Career Outcomes, (Drexel University) published in the Academy of Management Journal.

If called upon, Anthony Stith can testify in detail how these eleven practices and others occur and how devastating they are to minorities and women’s careers and personal lives. His testimony will show how common and widespread discriminatory practices are in American companies.

Testimony will also identify specific tactics used by business to discriminate against minorities and women. This includes systematically setting up minorities and women for failure, forcing minorities to discriminate against other minorities and how hostile and counterproductive work environments are intentionally created. Testimony will also define access and treatment discrimination and explain how businesses effectively conceal discriminatory practices and circumvent laws. Other areas of testimony include the ineffectiveness of (EEOC) and (DFHE) due to budget and staffing cutbacks and how derogatory myths are intentionally perpetrated to sabotage minorities’ and women's careers. Anthony Stith's testimony will include methods to identify businesses that intentionally discriminate, as well as those who do not.

 Anthony Stith's opinions are based on his extensive work and research in areas of discrimination by government and the private sector, research and first hand experienced in his professional career. His qualifications as an expert witness in the field of discrimination can be seen on his curriculum vitae, his published works, including his book, Breaking The Glass Ceiling Sexism & Racism in Corporate America: The Myths, The Realities & The Solutions. It was first published November 96, Bryant & Dillon, hardcover and revised in paperback edition, June 98, Warwick Publishing. This book is not about being anti-white or anti-gender. It is about being anti-discrimination. It was written with the purpose of not only helping minorities and women but businesses and corporations as well.

Other published works include numerous articles on discrimination. Another article on discrimination (book excerpt entitled Five Solutions for Breaking The Glass Ceiling) is being considered for publication by Upscale Magazine. Other published articles cover a wide range of topics ranging from career, family and social issues. Anthony Stith's second book How to Build A Career in The New Economy: A Guide for Women and Minorities is scheduled for publication, April 1999, Warwick publishing. His third book Living Without Limits: A Personal Guide To Self-Fulfillment, is also being considered for publication. Other published works include a monthly business column for Savoir Faire Magazine and a monthly column for the Knowledge Broker Newspaper. Anthony Stith also self published a pamphlet 101 of the Most Powerful Career Tips, Techniques & Secrets.

Anthony Stith has a B.S. degree from Rutger’s University in Accounting. He has held managerial positions for Fortune One Hundred and national recognized companies. His experience includes supervising, training and counseling multicultural staff in large departments. Anthony Stith has been a guest speaker on cable and radio talk shows, churches, colleges and universities to discuss discrimination issues. Mr. Stith also represented himself In Pro Per    until he subsequently obtained an attorney in a discrimination lawsuit against a former Fortune One Hundred employer.  The lawsuit was settled out of court.
